Key Responsibilities- Payroll Operations: Ensure accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for all assigned countries, including salary forecasting and bank transfers.
- Customer Service: Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll-related questions, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Master data collection and validation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders, including HR, payroll providers, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure proper statutory and internal reporting, participate in payroll audits, and review local legislation, internal processes, and policies to minimize risk.
- Process Improvement: Streamline and document processes, enhance and establish efficient controls to reduce the risk of errors, and assist the Senior HR Manager for compensation and benefits projects.
- 4+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator, with 4+ years of Payroll experience in several EMEA countries.
- Knowledge of local income tax, social security, pension, statutory leaves, and other payroll elements.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and people software.
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Innovative and resourceful mindset suitable for a fast-growing startup company.
- Strong ability on Excel.
- In-house payroll experience.
- Basic knowledge of Jira and SQL.
- Experience using Google Suites (e.g., Google Drive, Google Sheets).
