Job Summary

The Service Assistant - Administrative Support will provide administrative and operational support to the Daltonics Spain Service team, focusing on improving the efficiency of the Bruker Service Teams' customer support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of technical service administrative support procedures and processes.
  • Proactively assist in the maintenance and improvement of existing administrative procedures and processes.
  • Collaborate with administrative colleagues to share tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Utilize spreadsheets, SAP, and Salesforce CRM to organize, schedule, record, and analyze service agreements and related activities.
  • Perform general office administration, including upkeep of various registers, distribution, collection, and collation of documentation within and between departments.
  • Manage service cases, dispatch appointments, and track parts usage and returns.
  • Assist in database maintenance, including SAP and Salesforce CRM, and local stock management.
  • Report on service activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Higher Technician in Administrative Management or equivalent proven experience.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills desirable.
  • Fluency in oral and written English, with Spanish as a native language.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in SAP and Salesforce (Service Module).
  • Close co-operation and teamwork with colleagues in service teams and other departments.
  • Keyboard competency and a well-developed, responsible attitude with enthusiasm for helping others.

Working Environment

The position reports to the Daltonics Spain Service Manager, who will agree expectations, allocate resources, and set day-to-day priorities.
