Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Director to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining IAM standards and architecture patterns, contributing to the overall Novartis technology strategy, and providing technical leadership for various IAM transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Define IAM Standards and Architecture Patterns: Develop and maintain IAM standards and architecture patterns that align with Novartis' information security standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to Overall Technology Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of overall Novartis technology strategies, designs, standards, and procedures that support business strategies.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership for various IAM transformation projects, including evaluating business requirements and security technologies, planning technology deployment, and aligning with security engineering and solution architecture teams.
- Liaise with Other Teams: Effectively liaise with other teams in information security & risk management, infrastructure & architecture management, and business functions to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Ensure IAM Applications Security: Ensure that IAM applications are effectively security tested, according to their criticality, throughout development and its lifecycle.
- Report on IAM Statistics: Report on IAM statistics across the company to ensure that IAM metrics are accurately tracked and reported.
- Work Experience: 10+ years of working experience in Identity and Access Management domain, with minimum 5 years in architecture capacity and 5+ years of IAM project experience and leading team/s.
- Security Architecture Conceptual Skills: Demonstrated security architecture conceptual skills, solutions delivery, and decision making, incorporating sound security principles and emerging technologies to design and implement enterprise security solutions.
- IAM Governance Processes: Prior experience in IAM policy, standards, guidelines, and patterns definition.
- IAM Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IAM domain, including strong knowledge of role and attribute-based access control implementation experience, IAM governance processes, Azure AD security technologies, and IAM capabilities of major cloud providers.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and experience in reporting to and communicating with senior-level management.
- Professional Information Security Certification: Professional information security certification, such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM.
- Professional Risk or Audit Certification: Professional risk or audit certification, such as CIA, CISA, or CRISC.
