General Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our team at ZSA Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice on corporate, M&A, and public company matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and public company matters
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Manage and oversee a team of lawyers and paralegals
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives

Requirements:

  • Substantive depth in corporate, M&A, and public company matters
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
