The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT operations and user support processes, including access management, device management, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Own and automate business systems using APIs and iPaaS tools, such as Okta, Kandji, Intune, GWorkspace, Slack, Jira, and Github.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training materials for internal employees and IT staff.
  • Collaborate with Security, PeopleOps, and business teams to develop and improve critical business processes with an automation mindset.
  • Support and manage corporate systems and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate the implementation and audit of IT policies with various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong background in IT operations, infrastructure, and automation.
  • Experience with cloud-based IT systems and services, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Github.
  • Knowledge of MDM/endpoint configuration management tools, such as Kandji or Intune.
  • Hands-on expertise in supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux devices.
  • Experience with developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks using scripting and iPaaS platforms.
  • Passion for scripting manual tasks with languages like Bash, Powershell, Python, or Go.
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools and tracking code in Git.
