Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and comfort in their rooms. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, conducting daily inspections to ensure that all guest rooms meet our high standards, and implementing procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure they are adhering to policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and housekeeping closets to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the Room Attendants and ensure they are corrected promptly.
- Guide and train Room Attendants under the direction of the Housekeeping Managers.
- Supervise and follow up on special projects, such as deep cleaning and perfect room programs.
- Inform Housekeeping Management of any unusual events and ensure proper handover to the next shift.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as an eye for detail.
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
