About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, communicating, and implementing plans for engineering projects across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with consultants and internal engineering colleagues to prepare project drawings and specifications
  • Interface and coordinate with outside contractors and manage project expenditures
  • Perform cost analyses and prepare and implement project budgets
  • Develop detailed equipment layouts, benefit analyses, and project schedules
  • Apply expertise to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Monitor progress and performance against project plans
  • Lead small project teams and train junior engineering colleagues
  • Incorporate safety measures into design specifications
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge of engineering, including new product development, mechanical engineering, electrical systems, and lean manufacturing concepts
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team
  • Proficiency in engineering relevant software, such as CAD
  • PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications a plus
