Job Description

SEK El Castillo is seeking a highly qualified educator to join our team as a Female Residence Educator. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and contribute to their personal and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor students in their academic and personal development, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist students with their studies, resolving any doubts or concerns they may have.
  • Organize and lead extracurricular activities that promote cultural and social development.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students.
  • Communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all.
Requirements
  • College degree in a science-related field.
  • Experience working with teenagers in an international context.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • Permanent contract.
  • Flexible schedule (16h – 00h Monday to Friday).
