About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Materials Scientist to join our Technical Systems Department for Blades. Your expertise will drive the qualification of new repair materials and methods, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope and coordinate the qualification of repair materials for testing and process application methods
  • Drive and influence the technical scope of projects on several material topics
  • Develop and write various documentation types, including material specifications and validation reports
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the resolution of field issues related to materials
Requirements
  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience with materials from the wind power, automotive, or aerospace industry
  • Self-driven problem-solver with a structured and detail-oriented approach
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel when required
