We are seeking a highly skilled European Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Nippon Gases UK & Ireland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective internal communication strategies that support our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement communication plans that align with our company's overall strategy and goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to stay informed about company events, news, and stories.
- Design and create engaging content for various communication channels, including our European intranet, quarterly magazine, employee teleconference, and leadership monthly update.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote the use of new and innovative communication tools and channels.
- Support the development of video content to support our communication strategy, including script review, speaker selection, and post-production feedback.
- Oversee the planning and execution of company events, including agenda management and speaker support.
- Academic background in Journalism, Communication, or Marketing.
- 10 years of previous work experience in internal communication departments, with a focus on managing intranets, writing articles, and staying in touch with the business.
- Fluent English language skills, with native speakers highly preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
