Key Responsibilities:- Manage the team to ensure business continuity, including workload optimization, recruiting, backfilling, retention, engagement, and performance.
- Manage the full invoicing cycle from invoice request to accurate bills, ensuring revenue is recognized as per corporate rules.
- Monitor closing activities and manage escalation with internal and external customers to support business processes.
- Report on activity and performance to different stakeholders and drive continuous improvement for your market and in collaboration with other managers.
- Participate in broader company or department initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role with a team of more than 7 people.
- Proven ability to implement Billing Best Practice in an international environment and across different organizations/regions.
- Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives and a dynamic, organized approach.
- Fluent and professional English is a must, and any other European language is highly valued.
- Experience in a multinational environment and a competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona.
