Our Purpose
We empower landlords to turn their investments into profitable sources of income by streamlining the rental process. Our team of experts handles every aspect of the rental experience, from listing creation to guest communication, housekeeping, key exchange, and price optimization. This frees landlords from the hassle and stress of property management, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

Job Overview
We are seeking a freelance meet and greet specialist to check our guests into properties across Valencia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for our guests
  • Assisting guests with deliveries and other tasks as needed
  • Explaining the use of appliances and heating systems in the home
  • Troubleshooting minor issues with appliances and heating/hot water systems
  • Being reliable and trustworthy, as you will be carrying keys to our properties


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A presentable and friendly demeanor, with experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Local knowledge of Valencia, including tourist activities, bars, and restaurants
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
