About the Role: Are you passionate about working with data to drive business decisions and improve operational resilience? Do you have a knack for analyzing complex data sets and identifying trends? We're looking for a skilled Data Resilience Analyst to join our team at Swiss Re, a leading international organization in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collect and aggregate data from various sources, including structured and unstructured information.
  2. Develop and maintain data pipelines to support data-driven decision making.
  3. Support the development and maintenance of data models and ontologies.
  4. Identify and analyze trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.

About the Team: Our IT Continuity Team is a multinational team that provides a one-stop shop for IT Service Continuity services. We develop and maintain IT Continuity, Resilience, and DR capabilities to mitigate the risk of unavailability and restore critical IT services in the event of a major disruption.

Requirements:

  1. Proven ability to analyze large data sets in a similar business field or domain.
  2. Expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  3. Proficiency in SQL, at least one programming language, and reporting/data visualization tools.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Cloud literacy and experience with Agile practices.
  2. Experience with data hydration and curation using the Palantir Foundry platform.
  3. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. Proficiency in prioritizing and applying sound commercial judgment.
