Descripció del càrrec:
Treballaràs a Apen Centre Informàtic, S.L. com a Director de projectes SI/TI per als nostres clients. Revisaràs l'entrada de projectes, assignaràs els recursos, planificaràs i controlaràs la seva execució fins al tancament i comprovaràs la satisfacció dels clients.
Responsabilitats:
- Revisar i aprovar els projectes abans de la seva execució.
- Assignar els recursos humans i materials necessaris per a la realització dels projectes.
- Planificar i controlar la progressió dels projectes, identificant i resolent qualsevol problema que es pugui presentar.
- Comprovar la satisfacció dels clients i prendre mesures per millorar la qualitat dels serveis.
- Colaborar amb els departaments tècnics i de gestió per garantir la coordinació i la comunicació efectiva entre els diferents equips.
Requisits:
- Almenys 5 anys d'experiència en la gestió de projectes i/o ordres de servei.
- Coneixement dels sistemes i del programari TIC.
- Experiència en el sector de les TIC per a la PIME.
- Experiència en la gestió de projectes i l'ús d'eines per a la gestió de projectes.
- Títol FP de grau superior.
- Disponibilitat de vehicle.
- Permisos de conduir B.
- Contracte laboral indiferent.
- Jornada completa.
