Join Our Team as a Danish Junior Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Danish Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for partnering with new clients to develop their first online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with assigned clients to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
  • Detect and understand customer needs and objectives
  • Responsible for increasing spend, upsell, and sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients through phone calls
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day
  • Native level of Danish and high level of English
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position with 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: 23,876€ gross/year + up to 3,408€ gross/year in bonus
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona
