Job Description

Job Title: TV Optimization Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled TV Optimization Specialist to join our team at Performics. As a TV Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for buying TV campaigns, sharing the plan with our internal teams, and sending the buying orders to our support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TV Campaign Planning: Show a detailed view of the assigned campaigns and guarantee a thorough control and specific goal achievement of each campaign.
  • Media Buying: Maximize the performance of each campaign using an analytic and proactive view, buying campaigns, uploading the plan to our internal systems, and sending the purchase orders to our support teams.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Constantly check awarding in order to achieve the goals of the campaign, coordinating the reception of correct materials, and watching over the right startup of all campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously follow up on the campaigns for our clients, suggesting continuous optimizations in order to achieve the goals of the campaign.
  • Invoice Management: Invoicing campaigns, including the solutions of the invoice incidents.
  • Media Knowledge: Mandatorily follow the training program in other media, to be able to carry out other team's tasks, and contacting with media.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of related local broadcast optimization experience.
  • Media Planning Knowledge: Have offline media planning knowledge and be proficient in media planning tools (Kantar, Tom Micro, Galileo...).
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1 or more).
