We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Deutsche Bank. - Technical design, programming, and testing of new projects, enhancements, and maintenance of specific applications
- Ensuring IT Application Life Cycle standards are met in ongoing enhancements and maintenance

**Requirements**
- Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish
- Experience in Cobol/Cics/DB2 analysis and programming
- Experience with application solutions from a technological perspective
- Solid knowledge of software engineering, design patterns, and software architecture
- Development background and demonstrated experience as an analyst
- Experience in analyzing existing systems from high-level architecture to application code review
- Technical documentation, architectural diagrams, components, flows, and use cases
- DevOps-oriented mindset
- Testing/QA tools
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex business processes and workflows
- Teamwork capacity with multidisciplinary teams
- Leadership and communication skills
- High commitment and results-focused
- Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and plan tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of methodologies in application development (e.g., Agile)
