Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join our team as a Credit Analyst. The successful candidate will support our global, fast-paced team in assessing the creditworthiness of small to medium-sized, highly leveraged companies across various corporate sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Support ratings surveillance of a portfolio of small to medium-sized companies with high leverage
  • Perform fundamental financial analysis and prepare rating committee packages
  • Organize and track a large portfolio of credits and help refine work processes
  • Produce timely, high-quality and insightful credit analysis and research
  • Interact with colleagues across North America, Europe and India

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, or other relevant disciplines
  • Completion or partial completion of the CFA program is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-starter and team player with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with capital markets and credit analysis
  • Knowledge of financial statements is preferred
  • One to two years of relevant work experience is preferred
