About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our IPMS Implementation team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise to clients, perform data migrations, and advance configuration and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the implementation team with providing estimates for data migration, data updates, and other technical client requests.
  • Support the implementation team with data migrations and data updates.
  • Handle configuration requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
  • Understand development and production environments, as well as technical architectures, including databases, web services, and integration software.
  • Anticipate problems and provide solutions.
  • Take ownership of software defect tracking through documenting 'bugs', researching issues, validating fixes, and communicating results.
  • Transfer knowledge of business processes, suggest improvements, and requirements to other co-workers.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports that adhere to standards on project status to stakeholders.
  • Follow a thorough quality assurance process through the various phases of testing, including system testing.
  • Develop system test plans and user acceptance test criteria with the customer.
About the Team

This role will work as part of our IPMS Implementation team, which consists of Consultants and Project Managers based across the EMEA region. Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in Microsoft SQL.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Strong focus on quality and service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work on a team with other business professionals in a friendly, focused environment.
  • A proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • IT-related degree or related experience.
  • Experience with software implementation or software consulting or working closely with implementation teams.
