About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate at IWG Plc. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring that all customer requests are met with a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and activities that enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, adhering to IWG Plc's high standards of quality and service.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other basic IT packages, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
