About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our Energy team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving cloud adoption and delivering transformational outcomes for our customers in the Energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cloud adoption plans to drive business value for our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services, to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Establish deep relationships with customer executives and technologists to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Lead technical and non-technical transformation project teams to drive cloud adoption and maximize customer value
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform cloud strategy and drive innovation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with a track record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion
  • Experience in customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
