We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Execution Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our Digital Experience department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of our sales technology landscape in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the planning and execution of retail execution and eB2B commerce solutions across various Business Units (BU's) in Europe.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to identify and deploy the right solutions for the future.
- Support programs to implement regional application strategies and offer input to financial planning and controls for applications on a regional and global level.
- Collaborate with management to explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.
- Strong technical leadership skills in delivering Retail Execution and/or eB2B technology solutions at scale.
- Extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial technology solution delivery, including prioritization and timeline estimations.
- Ability to work with business leadership teams and multifunctional teams with excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
