About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a specialist advisor for Dutch companies, you will play a key role in improving their online advertising campaigns and identifying areas of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns for Dutch companies
  • Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
Requirements
  • Native level of Dutch
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, and outbound sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
What We Offer
  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent contract
  • Salary conditions: from 23,876€ up to 30,000€ gross/year
  • Sales bonus package: up to 3,400€ gross/year
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona

  • 3 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training
