The Integration Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in overseeing, enhancing, and maintaining IT solutions that facilitate business operations, particularly through the development and management of integrations and APIs utilizing Mulesoft. This role necessitates close collaboration with business stakeholders to devise innovative solutions and methodologies that leverage technology to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees change requests for regional applications, ensuring compliance with change management protocols and internal control standards. Supports the evolution of existing application frameworks.
- Evaluates, implements, and monitors technical solutions that align with established business processes while adhering to governance and policy guidelines.
- Ensures timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery of solutions, promoting effective prioritization of tasks.
- Embraces new challenges with urgency and enthusiasm, demonstrating a proactive approach.
- Fosters and maintains robust relationships with business units.

Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, engineering, administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in integration technologies (SAP PO, HCI) and a minimum of 3 years working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong technical expertise in various components of the Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint API Platform, Enterprise Service Bus, and Messaging Queues.
- Advanced knowledge of communication protocols, API development, web services (SOAP/REST), security, Java programming, and database management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub for development and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with AWS and ELK Platform, with a focus on user experience.
- Demonstrates a strong drive to achieve results, persisting through challenges.
- Experienced in systems design and development, from business requirements analysis to operational management.
- Adapts swiftly to changing resource needs and enjoys multitasking, leveraging organizational knowledge to meet various objectives.
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Works efficiently with third-party partners, including offshore and nearshore service providers.
- Capable of prioritizing and executing tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, German) being advantageous.
