Frontend Developer

We are seeking a skilled Front-end Developer to join our team in Valencia, Spain.

LORIOT is a global scale-up operating in the Internet of Things industry, aiming to make IoT accessible worldwide.

Our team is young, energetic, and motivated, and we're looking for a like-minded professional to join and grow with us.

At LORIOT, we promote a culture of talent, and we're seeking a professional to collaborate with us rather than freelancers or agencies.

Key Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Angular12+ / React or Vanilla JavaScript
  2. Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5
  3. Interest in types and functional programming
  4. Experience with version control systems using Git
Additional Requirements
  1. Agile development methods and tools (JIRA)
  2. Comfortable working in a 100% Linux environment (desktop and server)
  3. Proficiency in CSS frameworks or patterns like Bootstrap or flex layout
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Holder of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  2. Spirited, energetic, and easy-going individual
  3. Interest in Internet of Things, gadgets, and technology in general
  4. Fluent in English, with any other languages being an asset
  5. Excited about working at a startup and on a small, talented team
Responsibilities
  1. Develop the front-end of a global IoT network and SaaS infrastructure
  2. Be agile and adapt to business-driven changes in projects and products
  3. Collaborate with the back-end team and embedded software team
  4. Understand the aspects of maintainability, stability, and compatibility
  5. Conduct code reviews and be code reviewed
  6. Implement automated tests
