Job Description

Job Summary:

The Global Biddable Executive - Trading Excellence is a key role within the Havas Group, responsible for supporting the success of the CoE team across 3 regions. This position involves communication with the network, contributing to the implementation of trading best practices, and providing admin platform support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CoE Trading Platforms Administration:
    • Responsible for the administration of biddable platforms that fall under CoE's scope to support local teams and CoE traders with setup, structure, access, and maintenance.
    • Contribute to the implementation of global guidelines in biddable trading, supporting their application across markets and CoE.
    • Act as the first point of contact and filter requests, knowing who can best assist.
    • Connect with Global Biddable Team and media partners for platform trainings.
  • Network Communication Management:
    • Connect with clients and local markets to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Follow up with CoE traders and managers on campaign troubleshooting.
    • Stay informed of innovation and new product development with our partners to support the CoE team with regular updates on opportunities.
  • Global CoE Activity Monitoring:
    • Create dashboards to monitor all biddable activities activated by CoE.
    • Monitor and provide regular reports to ensure campaign quality assurance.
  • Requirements:
    • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.
    • Languages: English (Advanced).
  • Soft Skills & Competencies:
    • Organized with strong project management skills.
    • Strong competency in Excel, including vLookup & Pivot Tables, and comfortable manipulating numbers.
    • Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner.
    • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing landscape.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
