Project Overview
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency across various interior design initiatives. Your contributions will help transform prototypes and materials into tangible results, ensuring that we maintain high standards in process efficiency, operational excellence, and cost management, while also overseeing installations in retail environments, showrooms, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of operational processes and guidelines for all brands, including but not limited to Windows, In-store displays, Showrooms, and Events.
- Create props, point-of-sale communication holders, and in-store journey elements to enrich customer experiences.
- Support the organization of production and processes in a manner that maximizes both cost-effectiveness and creativity.
- Monitor budgets, implementation timelines, and execution to ensure flawless and timely delivery.
- Evaluate implementations across different regions and facilitate constructive feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with teams in Marketing, Store Development, Sourcing, Buying, Sales, and external partners.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking students or recent graduates who are enthusiastic, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious, and positive, ready to embrace the culture at AWWG. Previous professional experience is not mandatory; however, a passion for the role and a drive to excel are essential.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Decoration, Set Design, Finance, or Operations.
- Proficiency in Office applications; familiarity with programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
