Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Test Technician to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for performing battery testing and measurements using specialized electrical, thermal, and mechanical equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Document Testing Methods: Collaborate with R&D and Validation engineers to develop and document methods and procedures for cell testing.
  • Test Equipment Operation: Operate a range of cell testing equipment, including electrical, thermal, and mechanical testers.
  • Test Data Analysis: Analyze test data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the equipment and work space to a high standard, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Process Engineering, Supply, and IT & Automation, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Chemistry.
  • Programming Skills: Basic programming skills, including proficiency in software development and data analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict safety principles.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (both oral and written). Spanish and any other European languages are a plus.
