IT Solution Design Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the development of modular, reusable, elegantly designed and maintainable software or solutions that support the business and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in fit-gap workshops with business stakeholders to provide effort estimates and solutions proposals.
- Develop and maintain code repositories, respond rapidly to bug reports or security vulnerability issues, and embody software development best practices.
- Collaborate extensively with colleagues across Security, Compliance, Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, and Business Management.
- Ensure delivered solutions adhere to architectural and development standards, best practices, and meet requirements as recommended in the architecture handbook.
- Align designed solutions with Data and Analytics strategy standards and roadmap, bringing innovations to the solutions and adding measurable values to the business.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in IT technology development, preferably with 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders.
- Strong technical background with large-scale projects on technology like JAVA,.NET, Oracle, MS SQL, IIS webserver, PowerShell, or similar end-to-end technical solution delivery.
- Familiarity with concepts of data and system security and compliance in highly regulated environments.
