**About the Role**

As Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, you will lead our Logistics area in Spain and Portugal, ensuring the best performance and experience for our internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of logistics specialists

• Design and constantly improve procedures, training, and onboarding materials to ensure high performance and productivity

• Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements

• Select carriers for transportation and negotiate fees and contracts with carriers, focusing on optimizing and improving the logistics area's profitability

• Monitor and manage the department's OPEX

**Requirements**

• Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines

• Experience in leading high-performing teams

• Strong problem-solving, operational, and strategic thinking skills

• Strong work ethics and ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and time-sensitive deadlines

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

• At least 6 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development Projects, Startups, Fast Scale companies, or Strategy Consulting

• English C1 or above, Portuguese B2 would be nice to have
