The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our fast-paced, ambitious scale-up in the mobile advertising space. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing digital campaigns for the Italian markets, from setup to optimization and reporting. You'll work closely with our Sales and tech teams, as well as traders and clients, to drive programmatic campaigns forward.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, implementation, and optimization of managed and programmatic ad campaigns across various platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges.
- Troubleshooting and Strategy Development: Collaborate with traders to resolve issues and develop strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data to inform proactive campaign optimizations and provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth campaign management and foster a collaborative environment.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior colleagues based in London and Barcelona, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- At least 3+ years of experience in trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing managed and/or programmatic campaigns in digital media, with a background in ad operations, tagging, or campaigns management.
- Experience with 3rd party ad servers, ad verification tools, and/or SSPs and DSPs, such as DCM, Adform, IAS, DV, MOAT, DV360, TTD, AdForm, and Xandr.
- Tag management system experience, such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe, is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across different time zones.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data tools, such as Metabase, SQL, and Tableau, would be an asset.
