Job Title: Application Owner

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for SAP applications and logistics solutions? Do you have a knack for optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless data management? We're looking for an experienced Application Owner to join our team at Kardex, a leading manufacturer of dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that our Life Cycle Services (LCS) SAP applications (Business One, ECC, S/4HANA) are set up and maintained in accordance with our strategy and IT system landscape.
  • Collaborate with our IT Solution Architect to continuously optimize our SAP application, advising on and implementing adjustments or developments.
  • Work closely with adjacent departments (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) on technical interfaces, shared functions, and data flows.
  • Take lead responsibility for global Life Cycle Services master data and guide internal stakeholders in creating and maintaining local master data.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business management, financial management, or equivalent professional education.
  • Industrial experience in production, machine construction, or special machine construction.
  • Experience with SAP Business One, ECC, and S/4HANA systems in an application leading role.
  • Knowledge of SAP service management, data management, and LCS-related reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and interfacing to SAP.
  • English language proficiency at CEFR Level B2 or C1.
