Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance on geotechnical works for international projects, working closely with our experienced team of engineers and experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee geotechnical field explorations and soil remediation programs.
- Manage internal and external teams of experts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to oversee geotechnical works and construction activities.
- Review geotechnical information for projects during the bidding stage, providing technical assistance.
- Prepare geotechnical reports for buildings, roads, and railway projects.
- Perform soil-structure analysis and assist in the design of shallow and deep foundations and earth retaining structures.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering or similar degree.
- 5-10 years' experience in underground works.
- High level of English language proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Ability to travel and relocate.
