About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online sales platform by developing and supporting the entire customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and regular updating of product listings on the e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of competitor activities and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about products listed on the platform.
  • Generate reports and insights related to customer experience and market trends for internal stakeholders.
  • Clean up and manage product listings and data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay informed about market trends and changes in customer preferences, providing proactive recommendations to enhance our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies aimed at improving the overall e-commerce performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working within an e-commerce platform.
  • Perfect written communication skills in French, with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and customer communications.
  • An interest in the Automotive industry is useful and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective product listings.
What We Offer

Total compensation package for this position is 24,700€ gross per year.
