Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Subsystem Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development department, you will be responsible for designing and developing new ventilation and cooling systems for our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new designs based on input from commercial engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
- Optimize manufacturing and assembly processes, proposing changes and standardizing products while maintaining quality and brand image.
- Manage prototypes from development to assembly readiness.
- Create bills of materials, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Perform structural calculations for critical elements.
- Generate technical information for machine technical files and assembly instructions.
- Manage bill of materials modifications and inform relevant departments of changes and their effects.
- Provide technical assistance to departments and factory, addressing questions and feasibility of component changes.
- Develop and select various subsystems, including cooling packages, air renewal systems, and hydraulic kits.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a strong background in technical industrial engineering or industrial engineering. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent problem analysis and synthesis skills.
- Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
