Financial Director

Posició molt confidencial per a un grup empresarial amb la central a la província de Girona.

Funcions:

  • Gestionar les operacions de balanç (adquisicions, fusions, cessions).
  • Gestionar la tresoreria i el finançament, la relació amb tercers: Banquers, Auditors, etc.
  • Supervisar i validar el control de gestió del grup: planificació, pressupost i presentació d'informes.
  • Contribuir a la millora de l'establiment de sistemes d'informació de gestió.
  • Preparar estudis d'inversions industrials i financeres.
  • Supervisar l'equip de control intern i participar en l'aplicació de les noves normes i reglamentacions.
  • S'encarrega de participar en la definició de l'estratègia de l'empresa (i de la seva declinació operativa), d'animar la comunicació financera i la relació amb els accionistes i de supervisar l'auditoria interna, col·laborar amb l'externa, els assumptes jurídics i fiscals, la gestió dels recursos humans i els serveis generals.
