En MOLINS, estamos buscando a un profesional apasionado por el mundo de la selección y el talento. Como Asistente de Selección y Búsqueda, serás parte del equipo que impulsa el crecimiento y el éxito de nuestra empresa.

Funciones Principales

  • Publicar ofertas de empleo en los principales portales web y plataformas de recrutamiento.
  • Criar y gestionar bases de datos de candidatos.
  • Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y evaluar candidaturas.
  • Ayudar en la integración de nuevos empleados.
  • Organizar y participar en ferias de empleo y eventos de recrutamiento.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Recursos Humanos en la implementación de políticas de selección y talento.
  • Desarrollar habilidades en comunicación, atención al detalle y gestión de proyectos.
  • Utilizar herramientas de oficina y software de recrutamiento.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias y mejores prácticas en selección y talento.

Requisitos

  • Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales o carrera relacionada.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Paquete Office y herramientas de recrutamiento.
  • Motivación por aprender y crecer profesionalmente.
