Process Chemist Opportunity

We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global CDMO for the role of Process Chemist within their innovative Process Development department. This organization provides comprehensive development and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on process development, chemical synthesis, and large-scale production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute laboratory experiments to develop and optimize chemical processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure product quality.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory guidelines, including cGMP standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Spanish language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, with a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience in the fine chemicals industry or a CDMO environment is highly valuable.
  • Hands-on experience in chemical synthesis and process development.
  • Proficiency with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and NMR.
