Job Description

Project Manager - Blades Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our blades development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, coordinating with interdisciplinary project teams, and ensuring project results meet quality and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope and ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, service, and installation teams
  • Monitor project results, budget, and quality
  • Report to the program director and escalate issues as needed
  • Evaluate project ideas and support up to approval
  • Coordinate necessary resources with line and project managers
  • Coordinate technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management
  • Organize prototype tests and ramp-up activities
  • Support continuous improvement of project management standards

Requirements

  • Diploma or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
  • Project management experience required (PM certification preferred)
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent MS Office skills (including MS Project Server)
  • Experience in an ERP and PDM system advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good English; beneficial German and Spanish
  • High quality awareness and assertiveness
  • Intercultural experience necessary
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (~10%)
