• Anticipating any impediments or new contexts impacting the team's performance or the organization and supporting the team to adapt and cope with those changes.
• Participating actively in the work of the Scrum Master chapter and leading the organization in its Agile & Scrum adoption beyond the tribes.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks after a solid experience as a project manager/PMO or similar.
• Proven success working in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environment.
• Experience working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Agile methodologies from both theoretical and practical standpoints.
• Awareness of technical practices: Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, DevOps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working with people (facilitating and collaborating).
• Autonomous and responsible for the smooth running of the team and pushing the team to be as autonomous as possible.
• Ability to enable the team to continuously increase product value.
• Willing to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

The Internal IT Department is responsible for providing internal IT solutions and services needed to support Criteo business and IT users, operations, and projects in their daily lives with a fast and agile approach. The Core Finance & Monetize tribe's mission is to ensure that Criteo invoices and gets paid while providing custom solutions to all Criteo employees and departments. Monetize IT Applications include ERP SAP ECC, SAP BRIM (Private Cloud), Sidetrade, and Custom applications.Net.
