We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to join our Central Operations Services team at Amazon. As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 3PL network across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Analyzing Performance
Monitor and analyze the hourly performance of our 3PL sites to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Providing Operational GuidanceProvide operational guidance to our 3PL partners to ensure they are meeting our standards and expectations.
Resolving System DiscrepanciesIdentify and resolve system discrepancies that may impact our operations.
Communication and CollaborationAct as a communication bridge between our 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
CX Risk MitigationMitigate customer experience risk by providing support for Critical Path Tracking (CPT) management, resolving outbound errors, and managing shipment cancellations.
Data ManagementUpload critical data for supply chain and transportation visibility to ensure accurate and timely information.
Process ComplianceVerify that processes and Amazon standards are being met and implemented.
Operational SupportProvide operational support for AFTx launches and migrations, requiring SME expertise and implementing required tasks for further operational support.
Requirements
- Advanced Knowledge in Excel
Advanced knowledge in Excel is required to perform data analysis and management tasks.
Experience Working with DataExperience working with data and data analysis tools is essential for this role.
Language ProficiencyB2/C1 English language proficiency is required for effective communication and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
Data Analysis ToolsKnowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, etc. is preferred.
Logistics ExperienceExperience in logistics is preferred, but not required.
