About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding our business, customers, market, and product data to delight our customers and achieve Fever's goals.
- Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments, including Engineering, Design, User Research, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and more.
- Breaking down broad opportunities into concrete and measurable actions to help us achieve our objectives.
- Analyzing product performance, hypothesizing, testing, and continuously improving product metrics.
- Developing product features from ideation to release, including gathering data, hypothesizing, conducting experiments, defining goals & requirements, releasing, and tracking features' performance.
- Leading a product squad, managing its roadmap and prioritization, and running sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives with your squad.
- Building a vision and strategy for your product.
- Displaying strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong product management skills, with experience in developing and launching successful products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
