We seek commercially astute graduates eager to engage in advanced rotations across diverse business sectors, including sales, marketing, and operational excellence. Through this two-year Sales and Marketing Accelerated Rotational Talent (SMART) program, you will gain practical experience through three distinct rotations, allowing you to make an immediate impact. As you collaborate with various commercial teams, we will equip you with essential business skills while fostering a profound understanding of the medical device sector.

Program Structure:

  • Sales (9 months): Gain firsthand experience in the field, working closely with healthcare professionals and clinics to share vital information about our products and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Business Enablement (6 months): Engage with European Business Enablement functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service.
  • Marketing (9 months): Participate in key commercialization efforts, including campaign development, messaging, and positioning, while contributing to the future of Stryker's product portfolio. Gather insights into customer preferences and understand the factors influencing overall sales.

You will commence your journey in a Sales role within the Trauma division.

Requirements:

  • A completed university degree (including graduation in summer 2024), preferably in healthcare, with a maximum of one year of work experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish. Additional languages are advantageous.
  • A strong customer interaction background, placing the customer at the center of your approach.
  • A team-oriented, curious, and quick-learning mindset.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple conflicting priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Proven ability to handle various projects and meet deadlines.
  • A valid work permit.
  • A valid driver's license.
