Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Native Spanish speaker with advanced English capabilities.
  • Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Procurement, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with international financial and accounting practices, particularly in Finance Planning and Analysis and Procure to Pay (PtP) processes.
  • Supplier Management: Proven experience in managing suppliers and contracts, along with skills in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of corporate compliance and control standards, with practical experience in their application within accounting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in business partnering across various levels of stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professionalism: A model of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Ariba.
