About the Role

Atradius is seeking a skilled Cloud Developer to join our team. As a Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy applications on AKS: Design, build, and deploy containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Modernize legacy applications: Lead efforts to modernize existing applications by migrating them to microservices or serverless architectures and containerized environments.
  • Cloud-native application development: Develop cloud-native applications using modern tools and frameworks, optimizing for Azure services and best practices.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless deployment and management of applications in AKS, leveraging Azure DevOps.
  • Optimize application performance: Monitor and optimize applications running in AKS to ensure high availability, low latency, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams: Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure efficient application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
Requirements
  • Kubernetes (AKS) and containerization: Expertise in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes.
  • Application modernization: Experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating them to microservices-based architectures leveraging modern identity platforms.
  • CI/CD automation: Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitOps, etc. to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Cloud-native development: Experience in supporting deployment of cloud-native applications using languages and frameworks such as Java (Spring Boot), Node.Js, Angular.
  • Monitoring and optimization: Experience using tools like Azure Monitor, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana to monitor applications in AKS, diagnose performance issues, and optimize performance.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong experience in deploying cloud infrastructure using tools such as Bicep, YAML, or ARM templates.
