About the Role

CHEP is a global leader in the supply chain industry, and we're seeking a talented Demand Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial and asset productivity teams, you'll play a critical role in developing forecasts and scenarios for customer demand, ensuring our business remains agile and responsive to changing market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand demand drivers and market trends, leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate and incorporate multiple data sources, including market intelligence, customer insights, and historical sales data, to develop accurate forecasts and scenarios.
  • Support sales teams in translating pipeline into forecasted customer wins and losses, identifying opportunities to improve commercial plans and drive business growth.
  • Develop processes to reduce workload around forecasting for sales teams, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication of forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Ensure assumptions behind forecasts are well-documented and communicated to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in demand planning, business intelligence, or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
