Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Officer to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, managing, and processing corporate documentation, as well as preparing and monitoring the group's power of attorney structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and managing corporate documentation, including minutes of administrative and management bodies, general meetings, and other corporate documents.
  • Preparing and monitoring the group's power of attorney structure, including appointment and revocation of positions and various structural changes.
  • Following up, organizing, and processing documentation before relevant public and private bodies, commercial registries, notaries, and other entities involved in each operation.
  • Coordinating actions, taking into account the needs of each case and offering practical and effective solutions.
  • Pro-actively taking on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by managers or clients.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate law.
  • Advanced level of English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written.
  • Team spirit, ability to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
