We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Test Specialist to join our team at Trc Talent Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting tests and troubleshooting electronic products, components, and systems to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and improve test and burn-in processes to ensure compliance with safety, ISO-9000, and BABT regulations.
- Review process specifications to ensure they accurately reflect the process requirements and test techniques.
- Collaborate with the Quality Engineer to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with the development of new equipment, fixtures, and test programs.
- Ensure effective preventive maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, re-qualification, and daily measurement schedules are in place for each test and burn-in process.
- Strong understanding of electronic product testing and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $26-$27/hour, plus a $2/hour shift differential. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
