About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled External Scheduling and Distribution Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will support the Scheduling and Distribution Team in publishing and updating schedules in various platforms and to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Main focal point for updating airline scheduling in the sales system, including management of schedule changes and codeshare partnerships with OAL.
- Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in publishing and updating schedules in the schedule distribution platform Navitaire, including passenger re-accommodation management.
- Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in publishing and updating schedules to GDS and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in the management of schedule exchanges and updates with codeshare partners.
- Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in producing, optimizing, and maintaining Flight Programs in coordination with the Company's relevant business areas.
- Supporting the Scheduling and Distribution Team in developing metrics, follow-ups, presentations, automations, and reporting.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, economics, or similar.
- High level of English.
- Advanced user of Office package (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in airline-related positions and particularly in Network/Slots/Scheduling is a plus.
- Computer programming skills are a plus, not a must.
- Knowledge of Scheduling and Flight Distribution Systems, i.e., Netline, Sabre, AIMS, Navitaire, Amadeus, is a plus, not a must.
