SAP Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Remote options available across various regions.

Step into a pivotal role within our Enterprise Core Systems division, where innovation meets e-commerce. As an SAP Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our journey towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrations utilizing SAP PI/PO and Integration Suite, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
  • Maintain solution quality and sustainability through the application of standard integration patterns.
  • Develop and review detailed technical specifications, ensuring comprehensive documentation is upheld.
  • Provide holistic support to functional and development teams, facilitating seamless implementation processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional leads and team members to achieve integration goals.
  • Integrate functional SAP modules with existing legacy systems and applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline such as Computer Science or a completed IT apprenticeship (Fachinformatik Anwendungsentwicklung).
  • Significant experience with integration tools, particularly SAP PI/PO; familiarity with SAP Integration Suite is a plus.
  • Proven experience in integrating with S/4 HANA, SAP CAR, and legacy systems within the Retail sector.
  • Knowledge of Kafka queues or similar queue systems is preferred.
  • Strong understanding and debugging skills in ABAP to develop optimal solution strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English; German language skills are advantageous.
